Elinor has been Special Guest and member of the Jury in Harp Festivals and competitions in Venice, Moscow, Szeged, (Hungary), Soka (Japan) Wellington (New Zealand), Nantes (France), Schlitz (Germany), Bangkok, and has played at the World Harp Congress (Paris, Prague and Dublin) and European (Amsterdam, Nuremburg) and American (Baton Rouge) Congresses on many occasions. She was the Artistic Director of the Tamnak Prathom Harp Festival in Bangkok in 2008, 2012 and again in 2016. Camac Festival in Nancy , France 2017.
